advised and seating in the garden is here for you
to enjoy your lunch before you leave for the day This
course is for people who are interested in how
their deep unconscious can reveal itself through
use of colour and form. By relaxing into our
memory source and the feelings surrounding a
particular emotion we can open the door to viewing
how our internal unconscious has coloured that
emotion, thus, providing us with our personal,
'Inner Pallette'.

- 12.30pm & 2pm - 4pm

materials are included, but a packed lunch is
advised and seating in the garden is here for you
to enjoy your lunch before you leave/start for the
day
This
course is useful if it follows 'Inner Palette',
However, beginners are welcome and
everyone will be taught how to set up their
personal mandala to begin with. These mandala's
can be very attractive and worthy of display or be
kept as an important understanding of oneself.
